Terence Streeter Non Executive Chairman Mr Streeter is a Perth based businessman with extensive experience in exploration and mining companies and has held various interests in the nickel sulphide industry for over 30 years. Mr Streeter is also a director of Midas Resources NL, Minera IRL and Chairman of Fox Resources Ltd. Julian Hanna Managing Director & CEO Mr Hanna is a geologist with 30 years experience in gold and base metal exploration and mine development. He has a BSc in geology, is a member of AusIMM and has previously held senior exploration management positions with Forrest Gold Pty Ltd (CRA Gold division) and North Ltd. He has been involved in the discovery and development of several gold and base metal deposits. Mr Hanna is also a director of Mustang Minerals Corp. David Cooper Independent, Non Executive Director Mr Cooper is a Certified Practicing Accountant with over 20 years experience in the area of taxation and business administration, including as Practice Manager for TA Mairs and Co Pty Ltd. Mr Cooper also holds directorships in several active private companies.

Dan Lougher Director of Operations Mr Lougher is a qualified Mining Engineer with over 30 years experience in all facets of resource and mining project exploration, feasibility, development and operational activities in Australia and overseas. He is a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining & Metallurgy. Richard Yeates Non-Executive Director Mr Yeates is a Geologist with more than 26 years mining industry experience in various roles he has significant experience across a wide range of resource projects around the world. He is familiar with both the ASX and TSX regulatory environments and has had exposure to international resource funds and financial institutions. Robin Dunbar Independent, Non Executive Director Mr Dunbar joined the Board on 12 December, 2005. Mr Dunbar is based in Toronto, Canada and is President of Mustang Minerals Corporation and director of Vedron Gold Inc. These two companies are listed on the TSX Venture exchange. Mr Dunbar has also held a number of senior positions in both commercial and corporate banking sectors within Canada.

Charles  Wilkinson General Manager Exploration Mr Wilkinson is a geologist with more than 20 years experience, in both mining and mineral exploration across a range of commodities in Australia and overseas. He has held a number of senior and executive management roles, including Exploration Manager – Australia with WMC, and led the initial exploration of the Nebo/Babel and Argo discoveries. He is a member of the AusIMM. Joseph  Belladonna Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary Mr Belladonna is a Certified Practicing Acountant who has over 8 years experience in the resources industry in a range of positions. Mr Belladonna has been employed with Western Areas NL since 2005.

Graham Marshall General Manager – Commercial Mr Marshall has spent over 25 years as a senior executive in the mining and engineering industries, he has held directorships and senior management positions with a number of public and private companies. He has extensive commercial, corporate services and project development experience and holds a Diploma of Project Management and is a Certified Practicing Project Director. Mr Marshall has developed successful business relationships across Australasia and more recently successfully managed the development and operation of the first BioHeap™ pilot plant in the Peoples Republic of China. He is also a director of West Peak Iron Ltd.
